Plankton starts talking with Burns and recognizing that they are both evil geniuses Plankton tries to convince Burns to open a chain of Chum Bucket restaurants in Chile.
Smithers wants being out of the closet to win. The closet, which is also the analysis machine gives the following reading:91 percent hard work and determination. 9 percent rainbows and show tunes.
Mr Burns wants Bob and Susan to win. Burns: "Well I like that team with the doctor and the carpenter.I hope they win!...What are they called... Hanna montana and arkensaw?

Squidward and Plankton want anyone except Spongebob and Patrick to win. Burns wants Chilean road crews to lose. Or to at least follow proper safety procedeures and make sure all man hole covers are properly closed.
